Hiking in the Zugspitz Arena
The Zugspitz Arena is firmly in the hands of hikers, mountaineers and other alpine sports enthusiasts. No wonder, as it lies in the middle of the most beautiful peaks in Tyrol. The views of a two- or almost three-thousand-meter peak are simply too tempting to stay on the ground. So even those who don’t traditionally like hiking are drawn to the alpine pastures and rocky terrain. For example, there are always children who voluntarily accompany their parents on day trips…
It doesn’t always have to be a classic high-altitude hike or climbing tour. In the Zuspitz Arena, numerous tours and long walks lead to imposing waterfalls and mysterious mountain lakes, to botanical sensations and to culinary and cultural revelations.
The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena is the starting point for wonderful bike tours in all four directions and has developed into the “bike mecca” of the Alps. The tour program ranges from easy, enjoyable tours around crystal-clear mountain lakes to challenging routes, peppered with countless single trails that are usually only known to the guides. We teach you the skills you need for this during weekly technique training. This guarantees a top-class biking experience!
