Booking information at Chalet Rotenstein:

  • Prices are in Euro including VAT, excluding local tax and final cleaning. Subject to price changes, seasonal changes and typing errors! The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry(AGBH 2006) apply.
  • Cancellation conditions: In particular, withdrawal from the accommodation contract is regulated as follows: Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by unilateral declaration by the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee.

Outside of this period, the following cancellation fees apply:

up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price

up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price

in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price

  • Room occupancy: The apartments are ready for occupancy from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms/apartments by 10:00 am.
  • Arrival:Please let us know if you plan to arrive in Berwang after 18.00 hrs.
  • Payment option: only payments to our bank account.
  • Bank details: Raiffeisenbank Berwang BIC(SWIFT): RBRTAT22; IBAN: AT74 3699 0000 0872 7372, account holder: Chalet Rotenstein
  • Travel cancellation and trip interruption insurance : We recommend that you take out travel cancellation and curtailment insurance. You can do this conveniently online. Here you can go directly to the European Travel Insurance
  • Down payment: To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of 35% of the price by banktransfer in euro’s (see bank details above). In our reservation confirmation, the down payment and the bank details are stated in detail.
  • Final payment: We kindly ask you to pay your total travelcosts 3 days before your arrival by banktransfer to our bankaccount.
  • Pets: We cannot accept pets in our apartments.
  • Smoking: Please note that in the apartments you may not smoke! (only on the balconies)
  • Kitchen equipment:Each kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, 4-ring hotplate, water boiler, Moccamaster filter coffeemaker, sandwich toaster and microwave. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided. On arrival, we will also provide you with a tab for the dishwasher and some filter coffee. Please note that our kitchens are not equipped with an oven.
  • Bedding: Bed linen, Bathtowels as well as kitchen towels are provided in the apartments.
